Żurek praises Maciej Berek. “He is simply a completely independent man.”

On Thursday, Waldemar Żurek, head of the Ministry of Justice and lawyer General, spoke very highly of the legal expertise of Maciej Berk, whom KO lawmakers had nominated as a candidate for the Constitutional Tribunal. He described him as a “giant of the law” and stated that his candidacy had been wrongly linked to politics.
