As we informed, on 31 July the Ministry of Justice sent PAP a list of 46 presidents and vice presidents of the courts, whose suspension was announced during the press conference Waldemar Żurek.

The Minister of Justice then said that the reason for this decision was the signatures of a letter to the "neoKRS" or the fact that these judges are "neossiers". For the same reason, the same destiny met 9 judges posted in MS who had already been dismissed.
Zurek initiated appeal procedures and asked the Colleges of the Courts to express its opinion. At the same time, he suspended these presidents and vice presidents in full.

On Tuesday, however, Onet reports that the College of the Gdańsk territory Court had given a negative opinion on the request to dismiss the Presidents of the courts there. The portal states that by 10 votes to 1 the College opposed the decision of Minister Żurek.
"It is about the Vice president of the Regional Court of Gdańsk Przemysław Jasinkiewicz and the president of the territory Court of Gdańsk-South Tomasz Jabłoński", we read. They are alleged neojudges.
