‘ZSRR continues to exist’, ‘buffer zone’. Kremlin for the continuation of the war

Vladimir Putin announced that he was establishing a “buffered safety zone” along the border with Ukraine. Although we do not know the details of this plan, it is likely that Putin thus made it clear that he wanted to proceed the war. If we look at these words, in a broader context, we will announcement that the Kremlin is inactive undermining the current planet safety architecture with the mouth of its politicians. This means escalation of conflict, not deescalation.
