One of the prosecutors in Warsaw initiated six proceedings in the case of insulting the daughter of the president of Elektra (...) the scale is immense - said Proc. Piotr Antoni Skiba, a spokesperson for the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw. Each of them concerns unfavorable entries in the network measured in the 7-year-old Kasia.
Prok. Piotr Antoni Skiba informed the media on Monday that respective 100 reports were received from private individuals, the parent of the kid and the Mokotsk prosecutor and Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child.
"The scale is huge.. Almost 200 applications have been received since the RPD itself. They were merged according to where they were published. The separate proceedings concern Facebook entries, Tik Toku, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Onetu forum" - explained prok. Skiba.
Prosecutor's Office responds to attacks on Nawrocki's daughter
The proceedings are being conducted on Public insult of president Elek's daughter - Article 216. Prok. Skiba explained that entries will besides be considered for directing criminal threats (Article 390 kk) and calling for a criminal offence (Article 260 kk).

"Some of these acts are not fulfilled, the others are constantly analysed. Reports keep coming in" - he added.

The wave of negative comments towards Kasi Nawrocka reacted Ombudsman for the Rights of the kid Monika Horna-Cieślak. In a Facebook post, she expressed her outrage about the situation and reported that she did not agree to force against children.
"I don't agree to hatred speech, hate! all kid deserves respect! No kid can be attacked! No kid can be insulted!" - she wrote.
She added that the RPD office is waiting for any recordings and comments sent insulting a 7-year-old, stressing that No 1 is anonymous on the Internet.
