Amendments to the conclusion of OC contracts. The bill returns to the Sejm

The legislature adopted with 1 amendment a bill allowing insurers to verify that the PESEL of the individual buying the OC policy is not restricted. If it turns out yes, the company can refuse to sale insurance. The bill goes back to the Sejm.
