In February, the territory Court in Warsaw ruled that the reprographic fee had to become fresh electronic equipment classes. Until now, it has been added to devices specialized in reproduction of copyrighted materials specified as photocopiers, scanners or VCRs. The Ministry of Culture is working on updating the list of devices, and after the changes, smartphones will besides find it. The fresh minister believes that consumers will not feel, but that does not convince critics. A completely different thought for change is proposed by the Confederate.
