Change of power in Lebanon. A simple way to normalize?

The election of a fresh president and the appointment of the Prime Minister of Lebanon brought hope for the country to appear from the crisis that has been going on since at least 2019. However, the road to standardisation is inactive bumpy and full of traps. Hezbollah is inactive a threat to the stableness of the country, especially since the conditions for the ceasefire have not been fulfilled.
