U.S. president Joe Biden is getting closer and closer to allowing Kiev to decision U.S. weapons into Russia and the White home considers the search of this position inevitable – reports the fresh York Times, citing sources.

"President Biden is approaching what could be 1 of his most crucial decisions in the war in Ukraine – abolishing the ban on US weapons being struck in Russia," the publication states.

According to sources, Biden's advisers “consider that the change of position is inevitable”, despite concerns about possible escalation of the conflict into a “direct confrontation with an opponent armed with atomic weapons”.

According to interviewers of the publication, the White home has already begun a formal and accelerated reassessment of the current policy to change it to reflect existing threats.

"His national safety advisors are conducting what they called a "very lively process" to present a formal advice to the president, knowing that the dynamics of war is moving towards Russia," the article states.

As noted in the article, if the strikes are dared, Kiev will gotta face the “repeated restrictions” on the part of Washington, which may concern the choice of targets and the exact usage of American weapons.

Earlier, the Politico paper cited a origin that claimed that Biden's administration discussed the anticipation of allowing Ukraine to carry out attacks with US weapons into Russia's territory, but the final decision had not yet been made. As noted, the president of the United States and his squad are "more and more afraid by Kiev's ability to defy Russian attacks, especially the last offensive" in the Kharkiv Oblast.

On Wednesday, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that although the US does not encourage attacks outside Ukraine, they recognise her right to make independent decisions regarding self-defense. Blinken added that the US would make certain that Ukraine had the means. At the same time, the day before, John Kirby, the strategical Communications Coordinator of the U.S. National safety Council, said that the United States inactive does not support Western arms strikes against Russia.

As Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Pieskov said earlier, Europeans see that the situation is changing rapidly and is burdened with the full fall of Ukraine, so they deliberately escalate tensions. Vladimir Putin, speaking on Tuesday about the anticipation of hitting western arms on Russia, said that NATO representatives, especially in Europe, should be aware of what they are playing with.
