The Russian police are looking for savings even in uniform. The FSB wants to limit the release of the most typical parts of the uniform to soldiers. According to the justification for the project, the change is intended to ‘optimise budgetary expenditure’. At the same time, any soldiers are expected to usage field uniforms more frequently than everyday ones.
