Ziobro responds to the decision of Minister Żurek. He's going to the D.A

Zbigniew Ziobro announced that he would notify the prosecution of Waldemar Żurek's decision to suspend 46 court presidents. The fresh Minister of Justice indicated that he had taken these steps to reconstruct the regulation of law.

During a press conference, Żurek announced that 1 of his primary objectives would be to reconstruct the regulation of law in Poland. In order to do so, he decided to suspend 46 presidents and vice presidents of the courts, to which Zbigniew Ziobro immediately reacted.

The Minister of Justice in the Law and Justice Governments stated that this was how Żurek ‘made certain crimes’, deciding to suspend the Presidents and Vice-Presidents of the courts. – In relation to them, we will mention the announcement to the prosecutor’s office – he announced.

The ziobrome is in danger.

According to Ziobra, Żurek took this step on the basis of the Constitutional Court ruling on the solution. Last October, this body ruled that the Minister of Justice could not appeal the Presidents of the courts without prior opinion of the National Judicial Council.

– In the Polish legal order, there is 1 only national prosecutor present – Mr Dariusz Barski – who assessed Ziobro, stressing that Żurek should let Barski to execute his duties.
