Ziobro accuses Tusk, Oatsiak answers. A strong message by the president of the European Union

On Wednesday, PiS MPs conducted a check at the Chancellery of the president of the Council of Ministers concerning the transfer of PLN 40 million to aid to the flooded. Zbigniew Ziobro accused the Prime Minister that this money had been donated to Jerzem Owsiak and his WOŚP foundation without appropriate procedures. "We came to check the Prime Minister: on what basis did he transfer PLN 40 million to Owsiak?" asked Ziobro. The politician says that the government should not transfer specified funds without conducting an offer competition or consulting organizations specified as the Polish Red Cross or Caritas, which are besides active in helping victims of natural disasters.
