Report candidate for the Animus Fortis Award

The Military Medical Institute invites you to participate in the 9th edition of the Animus Fortis competition "The Men's Spirit" 2025. Applications for the 9th edition of the competition began. The award is awarded for rescue actions, achievements and achievements made in 2025. Applications may be sent by 24 February 2026.

The Animus Fortis “The Men's Spirit” award is intended to honor individuals and institutions who make a peculiar contribution to the affirmative changes and to the image of rescue services. Referring to the best traditions of medical services, the award is simply a statuette which is simply a miniature of the task "The Medicus Monument".

The Animus Fortis “The Men's Spirit” award is awarded in 2 categories:

RECLAMA

1. For individual valor – for a individual who in the year preceding the award in a peculiar way distinguished during the rescue action. The winner may be a individual serving or employed in an institution carrying out rescue tasks, including in the military, police, fire department, wellness services, WOPR, TOPR or GOPR.

2. organization Award – for the typical of the institution, which has importantly influenced affirmative changes to make it possible to save human life more effectively.

In addition, the Jury of the Award may award an honorary diploma for its distinctive application, both in the individual and organization categories.

The winners are nominated by the Jury of the Prize, comprising 13 members, including: manager of WIM-PIB, president of the WIM-PIB technological Council and representatives of the Minister of National Defence, the Minister of Interior and Administration, the Minister of Health, the Association “Ujazdowski Hospital”, the portal “Health Market”, the diary “Military Doctor” and the Military Medical Institute – the State investigation Institute in Warsaw.

Individuals and institutions may submit award candidates by submitting a written request to the manager of WIM-PIB by 24 February 2026.
