"There will be no accession of Ukraine to the European Union without Hungary's approval," said Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in consequence to criticism of the Hungarian authorities from the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski. On the another hand, head of Hungarian diplomacy Peter Shijjarto noted that "Kiyów should drop the tone".
