Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski expressed concerns about Russia's possible actions in Belarus during the summertime months. During a distant speech at the summit of the Tri-Sea Initiative, Zelenski suggested that Russia could usage the upcoming military exercises as an excuse to carry out more vague actions.
