Tension increases in anticipation of the second circular of peace talks between Ukraine and Russia, scheduled for 2 June in Turkish capital, Istanbul. The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenski, nevertheless expressed serious concerns about the deficiency of circumstantial information from the Russian side.
