Zelenski-Putin talks possible after frontal successes?

Volodymyr Zelenski can sit for peace negotiations with Russia in February 2023. The date is not to be accidental due to the fact that it will be a year since the frontal Russian invasion of Ukraine. Until then, Kiev is expected to have another more success on the front and sit for talks reinforced by victories – says “Wall Street Journal”.
