Armed giant on the stock market. Price of EUR 25 billion

On 23 January, the Czechoslovak Group made its first public offering on the Euronext marketplace in Amsterdam. On the first day, the full gross from the sale of shares amounted to EUR 3.8 billion. The public offering included 15.2% of the full issued equity capital with a price of EUR 25 per share. The full value of the group was estimated at EUR 25 billion. Czechoslovak Group shares (CSG N.V.) are listed under the CSG symbol. At the time of the publication of this material, the value of shares on the stock exchange was little than EUR 33.
