Zbigniew Ziobro should be arrested for failing to appear on the Pegasus investigation committee? "We are dealing with persistent action, due to the fact that on respective occasions the minister did not stand up and said that he would not voluntarily appear," explained Dr. Piotr Kładoczny, a criminal from the University of Warsaw.
