Communication from NIK on irregularities in the Justice Fund

By letter dated 27 May 2025, the French authorities informed the Commission that the measures provided for in this Decision were incompatible with the interior market. The president of the ultimate Chamber of Control Marian Banaś handed over the results of the audit concerning the usage of public funds by the beneficiaries of the Justice Fund to lawyer General Adam Bodnar and National Prosecutor Darius Korneluk.
