Action Democracy and run funding
During the Wednesday parliamentary gathering of the “Safe Poland” anti-law team, the vice-president of this team, Marcin Warchoł of the Law and Justice Club, informed about the submission of a announcement to the D.A. on the presidential run of Rafał Trzaskowski, candidate of the Civic Coalition.
The communication addresses 2 issues: actions of the Action Democracy Foundation, which were to affect the unlawful influence on the run process by spreading misleading information, and illegal run funding.
Mr Warchoł stressed that during the run there were to be violations of at least 3 provisions of the Electoral Code, concerning, among others, the powers conferred on electoral committees, the deficiency of adequate designation of electoral materials and the illegal transfer and acceptance of non-monetary benefits.

Cezary Tomczyk of the Civic Coalition, representing the election staff of Rafał Trzaskowski, referred to the announcement made by the PiS, assessing them as part of a wider run to discredit the KO candidate. In his opinion, the actions of Law and Justice are based on false accusations. Foreign interference?
On 14 May, NASK reported possible abroad interference in the election run through political Facebook ads to support Rafał Trzaskowski and attack his competitors. The case was reported to Homeland Security.
Virtual Poland, however, informed that behind the political online ads supporting Rafał Trzaskowski and criticizing his rivals, people associated with the Action Democracy Foundation could stand. net users have been reporting this content on Facebook for weeks.
NASK reported that the ads were blocked by the actions of the Electoral Parasol, nevertheless Meta denied, indicating that the run had only expired. During the gathering of the team, Dariusz Matecki pointed out that the advertisements were inactive visible, which he felt was evidence of ongoing illegal agitation financed by public or abroad funds.
