Frozen $300 billion. Can they be passed on to Ukraine?

The president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski at the planet economical Forum in Davos, Switzerland argued that the aggressor, Russia, should pay for rebuilding the destroyed Ukraine, not taxpayers from Western countries. He stressed that his country is defending Europe and needs further help. However, there is much evidence that this issue cannot be resolved within a fewer months. Thanks to Western sanctions, a large condition of Russian assets have been frozen, but their confiscation is controversial. Preparation for this step is the fastest in the United States.
