A terrorist attack against a military unit? Russian plans thwarted SBU

The Ukrainian safety Service informed about the thwarted terrorist attack planned by Russian peculiar Services. According to investigators, the Russians were preparing to detonate explosives at the entrance to the Ukrainian military unit building. “It appears from the investigative materials that the improvised **explosive cargo was in the tactical backpack**”, SBU states.
