At the same time, the Ministry of National Defence pretends that the problem with corruption and disappearing weapons (which Poland gives to Ukrainians FREELY) is NOT there, and the Polish Prime Minister Mr Donald Tusk WITHOUT ratification by the Polish Parliament signs an extended "Agreement on safety Cooperation between Ukraine and Poland".
Interestingly – Minister of Defence Mr. Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in this matter... is silent. Neither does anyone head that in Ukraine (as the media say) it is adequate to pay $7,000 to "repeal" from military service. But matrix!!!
