The transportation of rockets (or alternatively rocket-powered bombs) GLDSB on Ukraine passed a fewer months late, which affected the effectiveness of these effects in attacks on Russian positions. Since they are guided by a GPS signal, they have become rather easy to interfere with by Russian WRE systems, a means of combat. The hold in deliveries caused the Russians to simply prepare better to fight Ukrainian effectors, guided by GPS. Thus, as in the case of Excalibur artillery missiles, their efficiency decreased significantly. The expanding effectiveness of interference measures, combined with tiny GLSDB supplies, most likely translated into an opinion expressed by the U.S. Undersecretary of Defense.
