After respective decades of comparative peace of civilization, nervousness is full understood. However, from a position longer than the one-century perspective, it is clear that the state of uncertainty, permanent conflict and continuous smooth playing simultaneously political, social and military is alternatively the norm for our civilization – and a sense of peace, stableness and certainty about the further improvement of the situation is something unique.
