XI National Review of Military Class Muster

On 28–29 May in Zakopane, XI National Review of Military Class Mustards was held – 1 of the most crucial events integrating the environment of students of Military Preparation classes from all over Poland. For 2 days, young cadets presented their skills, discipline and advanced level of training, competing for the title of best squad of this year's review.

This year's winner of the 11th National Review of Military Class Muster was the representation of students from Stanisław Konarski's Technician in Nowy Miasto nad Pilica. The second place was won by cadets from the School Complex of the Department of Vocational Improvement in Kielce, while the 3rd place on the podium was taken by the squad from the Sybiraków School squad in Nowy Sącz. The competition was highly balanced and breathtaking to the end – individual points decided on the final classification.

The beginning ceremony was performed by the Head of the Central Military Recruitment Centre, Colonel Grzegorz Wawrzynkiewicz, during which he read a letter from the Undersecretary of State at the MON Stanislaw Wzątek, directed to Cadets taking part in the XI National Review of Military Class Mustard in Zakopane. "This unique event, gathering young people from all over Poland, is not only an chance to present skills in the field of rules and military ceremony, but besides an crucial component in shaping the patriotic attitudes of the young generation" - wrote Deputy Minister of the Ministry of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The head of the CWCR besides addressed the cadets directly, highlighting the exceptional nature of the event and the importance of a common passion that brings together young people from all over the country. – "Today's National Review of Military Mustards is not only an chance to present their skills in the field of drills, but besides to meet with peers who share a common passion for the military, who decided to choose a life way requiring discipline and sacrifice," said Colonel Grzegorz Wawrzynkiewicz. “I am highly arrogant of your commitment and determination and appreciate the efforts made by the caregivers who prepared you for today’s review. You have been selected as the best in the process of being eliminated at provincial level," the head of the CWCR noted.

The review lasted for 2 days and included both a compulsory programme and any program. On Wednesday, the teams performed elements in accordance with the rules of the Armed Forces of Poland. Among another things, the precision of the commands performed, the synchronisation of movements, the attitude and general presence of the divisions were assessed.

The second day of competition was devoted to any program. Each squad had the chance to present a maximum 10-minute show based on elements of a parade drill, frequently enriched with music backing and awesome choreography arrangements. Spectacular presentations met with large appreciation of the audience and the jury, and the level of performances confirmed the advanced preparation of the participants.

The review was attended by military class students from all over the country, whose representations were selected during erstwhile provincial eliminations. Each squad presented a very advanced level of skills, commitment
and professionalism, providing viewers with many emotions and unforgettable experiences.

The event ended with a ceremonial awards ceremony, during which the best teams were congratulated by Colonel Tomasz Włodarczyk, Deputy Head of the Central Military Recruitment Centre.

XI The National Review of the Military Class Mustard one more time showed that the youth of military classes is distinguished not only by excellent preparation and discipline, but besides by large commitment, passion and respect for the tradition of the Polish Army. All participants and winners are warmly congratulated.
