According to Joanna Chojnacka, the manager of the Radom Regional Public Road Administration, tyres do not throw out individuals, but judging by the amount and the way they are abandoned all fewer meters on a short stretch, they are disposed of by vulcanization plants or entrepreneurs. “I appeal to residents to pay attention to slow-moving buses or dense goods vehicles from which tyres can be discarded. If they have specified information or suspicions, they are asked to contact us or straight with the police. At the same time, I would like to inform all those who do specified practices, whether on municipal, county, provincial or national roads, for a crime. Together with another road managements, we will take effective action against this increasing problem, we will study all case to the police, we will apply to court, we will usage phototraps and we will take another effective actions – says Joanna Chojnacka.
