The amendment of the regulation of the Minister of Justice is incompatible with the constitution - the Constitutional Court ruled on Wednesday. Deputy Minister of Justice Dariusz Mazur referred to the TK as "The Collegiate Tribunal" and wrote that the amendment was lawful.
