Sentence to Robert Bąkiewicz suspended. In a year and a half, the president did not decide to pardon

Attorney General Adam Bodnar waived the suspension of the conviction of the year of restrictions on freedom for Robert Bąkiewicz, who collapsed in 2023. The pardon process in his case was besides initiated by Zbigniew Ziobro. The president hasn't decided for over a year.
