Zbigniew Ziobry's defender assures that his client is not hiding.
"The Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland has handed over to the Public Prosecutor's Office a resolution of the Sejm allowing to draw Mr Zbigniew Z. to criminal responsibility, his detention and temporary arrest. The prosecutor has already issued a decision to present the charges of 26 crimes to Zbigniew Z. and a decision about his arrest and forced introduction" - said Dobrzyński on X.

The hardest charge that investigators intend to make to Zbigniew Ziobrze is steering an organised crime group. "These actions aimed at achieving political and property benefits and reconciled public interest" - the prosecutor said. He's facing 25 years of imprisonment.
