The Russians conducted a rocket attack on Ukrainian Sumy. At least 32 people were killed in the fire and 84 civilians were injured. Just after 2 Russian ballistic missiles fell on the city centre, the Russian Federation Ministry of Defence issued a message in which it accused Ukraine of "unilateral attacks on energy infrastructure".
