Elections in Bulgaria. End of mob or start of a fresh game with Russia?

Commentators can't decide. Is the crushing triumph (45 percent of votes and the absolute majority of seats in parliament) Progressive Bulgaria Rumen Radev in the Sunday parliamentary elections is another triumph over corrupt mafia structures that the state has taken over after Victor Orban's defeat? Or alternatively a triumph of Russian influence to compensate Moscow for the Hungarian defeat.
