Presidential election 2025. Differences in voting cards in Poland and abroad [INFORMATIONS]

During the first circular of elections, the State Election Commission explained why voting cards in Poland have a beheaded advanced corner and abroad not. In the country, this form allows the usage of the overlays in the Braille alphabet for the blind. In a abroad country where specified caps are not used, the cards are of standard shape. In the second circular of elections, ballots will look the same as in the first – according to the applicable procedures.
