The State Election Commission recalls that any citizen may study irregularities and violations during elections – personally, through a husband of trust or social observers. The most common reports include violations of election silence, disruption of committee work and procedural errors. Depending on the nature of the event, the notification should be addressed straight to the police, the election commissioner or the competent election institutions.
