"China is watching closely the Western consequence to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, examining possible consequences for Taiwan. Beijing recognizes the island as its territory and constantly conducts military exercises close it. China's armed forces are upgraded – aviation and rocket troops have fresh systems ready for fast use. The army is being reorganized according to the conclusions of the war in Ukraine. The drone abilities are besides developed. American intelligence believes the invasion plan may be ready. At the same time, Beijing conducts espionage and diplomacy, trying not to annoy Japan. Washington fears a simultaneous conflict with Russia and China, though it does not consider it inevitable."
