After 5 years after the prosecution and 30 hearings, the court of first instance acquitted Friday the erstwhile advisor to the CEO of Pekao Bank. An investigation against her launched anonymously to the then national prosecutor and present the president of the Constitutional Court of Bogdan Święczkowski. According to the advisor, it was an component of the conflict to keep control of the bank by the environment of Zbigniew Ziobra.
