Changes in the TK will be postponed for March?
According to Virtual Poland, representatives of the Left show readiness to adopt a resolution at this session of the Sejm concerning the judges of the doubles and incorrect selection of Julia Przyłębska as president of the Constitutional Court. On the another hand, the 3rd Road opposes this issue and calls for a discussion on the revision of the Constitution. The Left does not agree to this step. Much indicates that the TK recovery plan can only be pushed through in March.
Bodnar's announcement
The Minister of Justice has already presented a plan of action for the Camp of Power, with the fact that, as may be assumed, it is likely that it was accepted by the KO and not all groups in the government coalition are enthusiastic about specified solutions:
‘First, there will be a resolution of the Sejm. Various another changes concerning the functioning of the TK will besides be proposed. It's the bill.. There will be a discussion on how to reshape or reshape TK“ Adam Bodnar stated in a Sunday interview with the eye.press.
The resolution has been mentioned since November
Let us besides stress that the Minister of Justice has de facto failed to specify erstwhile changes might occur. For he did not give an exact date, in the Sejm there were rumours that this substance would be on the agenda already at this meeting, especially since the issue of the adoption of the resolution of the Constitutional Tribunal has been discussed since November last year. However, due to the discrepancy in the imagination of the Left and the 3rd Way, we will most likely witness another corpse.
Talker Patrick Michalski in WP said that the 3rd Road tends towards comprehensive actions:
– The resolution itself will not change anything, you should be effective, so the resolution must be followed by laws and changes of constitution said Polish MP 2050.
In the 3rd Way, the approach to this substance is clear:
– We are different from the Left on this issue, due to the fact that they say “no” in advance. Their position does not accelerate the work on changes in the Court. Especially since the Minister of Justice and a large part of the civilian Coalition emphasizes that the resolution itself is not enough – emphasized the PSL typical in an interview with Michalski.
