LAWAtalks about Poland

Today, in a peculiar way, we are reasoning of late Basa Chojnacka, co-creator of the book published by Solidarnych 2010 ...

The promotion of the book published by Arcana Publishing home and Solidarni2010 was an crucial event unifying the patriotic right at that time.
A gathering in Amicus began co-organizer of the evening Joseph Eagle (Klub Ronina) from the presentation of media patrons of the book "Lawa": blogmedia24.pl, blogpress.pl, independent.pl, uncorrect.pl, radio Wnet, Stefczyk.info.
He led the meeting. Tomasz Sakiewiczwho, after a brief description of the book, invited to talk Professor Andrzej Nowak – 1 of the interlocutors of “Lava”.
In his speech, prof. Andrzej Nowak utilized prominent quotes . He started with the speech of Józef Pulaski - the marshal of the union bar confederation - to his soldiers just before the conflict itself (this was said in a very tragic situation for Poland, at a time erstwhile we lost our independence):
“This is the day on which we are to win or die! Let us already under the enemy's oppressive yoke groan; it is time for them to wipe distant the stain from our name, and for another peoples to show that we are Poles; we die, the homeland lives, we live, the homeland dies; we live in the country, let the homeland live through us, due to the fact that its wholeness now on our throats and our blood depends; but God would give our country happiness to our misfortunes.(...)
Let us go against the apparent death, we have lost everything for God and for our homeland, let us lose and the life that we have left; let long posterity know that if we could not defend our homeland, then we could die for it.
But you, who are your wellness over religion and liberty, erstwhile you surely do not want to sustain our life with your strength, do not want to escape the unscathed velocity of death."
Professor Nowak referred these words to what we are dealing with today, at a time erstwhile he ridicules everything that is most beautiful and most crucial to Poland and Poles - national holiness, religion, tradition. The above, as Prof. Nowak emphasized, cites not as a "incentive to die", but as an incentive to remember: about the bar confederates, about another insurgents. “We cannot forget them, due to the fact that if we forget, we will compromise this mission which makes us Poles, people worth something, people who are someone...”.
He then quoted passages from “Mark” (Juliusz Słowacki), erstwhile he calls for memory, to fight - contrary to discouragement, to fight - against the crucial advantage of the opponent. Fr Marek – joked with the prof. – “he talks about the contemporary writing of the Civic Platform”.
Referring to today, he emphasized the importance of remembering those who died on April 10. "Polsity- said- can not be buried(...). Culture won't let us sleep. Islander won't let us sleep. Mickiewicz and Slovak won't let us sleep. And those who died for Poland will not let us sleep."
Ewa StankiewiczAs another guest, she stressed that “...remembrance is not enough. We would not have regained independency as the II of the Republic of Poland with our own memory." In addition to this memory, which is the basis, we should ask what to do, how to behave. Also, according to her, the situation should be diagnosed. Is this an occupation? Is this like Fascism? Diagnosis, naming this situation is very important. “I miss you – you said Ewa – gathering with the right people to talk, not to wink, but seriously: what to do? If we're in the analogy of the 1980s, and if there's a temptation to talk round-table, it's worth protecting yourself from it. We truly request to start the discussion. We request to get the diagnosis and talk seriously. Bo The power is in us(So says the title of the “Lava” part- talks with Ewa Stankiewicz- op.). It's up to us where we go, where we drift. It must be done with the head, so as not to lose Poland again."
By Mark the King We live in a mediocre copy of the PRL. I don't think the government even knows that it's copying PRL's power, including pacifying media. "I hope- said ed. The King- that we will live to see the times of another power and those who do so will answer. First of all, they will answer morally. This must be for the sake of future generations(...) We request to believe in the strength of millions of voices of people who are able to argue it." He noted that the aggression of the rulers resulted in fear of losing their legitimacy.
Brothers Marek and Wojciech Wareccy - Media manipulation experts wondered what are the chances of defeating the current media system. They said 60% of society is "cut off from the world", only 20-30% are curious in politics, and only 2-3% know about politics. They are not stupid or angry, but not surviving matters of politics and social problems. They think and worry about their lives, their debts, etc. These people belong to us. The evil according to them is the division which has now taken place in Polish society: mohers and lemings. all division of society is not beneficial to Poland. They besides pointed out that there is simply a difference between what people declare and what they actually feel and do. They gave examples of their multi-centenary research.
Grzegorz Wszłok - student from Krakow – told about his interests in journalism. He mentioned, for example, the unusual career way of the well-known writer Gazeta Wyborcza Wojciech Czuchnowski, who in the early 1990s expressed a very different opinion than at present on many crucial social problems (he was, for example, the advocate of the mirrors). Happy was sorry there was no investigative journalism today. Publishers explain this by not having money, and specified journalism is expensive. However, it is known that it is simply not a "hand" of power.
Finally, the authors of the book took the level – Barbara Chojnacka, Hanna Dobrowolska and Grzegorz Kutermankiewicz. They briefly described how the book was created and encouraged to buy it, for example, as a Christmas gift.
The meetings lasted almost 3 hours. The area in Amicus was filled to the brim.
