Manowska informed the spokesperson of the territory Attorney's Office in Wrocław about the steps taken. According to Proc. Karolina Stocka-Mycek, Małgorzata Manowska submitted a request to the territory Attorney's Office in Oleśnica to copy the decision to discontinue the investigation and complain about that decision. "The application and the complaint has not yet been considered," said the Ombudsman.
The shocking execution case was not definitively closed.
The territory Attorney's Office in Oleśnica dismissed the proceedings on December 2. Investigators have failed to see a violation of the law in any of these charges: killing a nine-month-old child, assisting in illegal abortion, urging illegal abortion.
