Rosomak: billions spent, offset failure [ANALYZA]

**Rosomak transports have become 1 of the symbols of the Polish Armed Forces, but many specialist variants and weapons which were planned decades ago are inactive missing. Even worse is the situation from the point of view of manufacture – with the Finnish partner, Patria, 2 contracts were concluded and they proved to be negative twice. The hopes of exports were not met and offsets as an instrument of sustainable industrial capacity proved ineffective. Today, it is not known whether and under what conditions production for the Polish Army will proceed after 2023.**
