The Territorial defence Army has come to the aid

According to the provisions of the Homeland Defence Act, the Territorial Defence Army is liable for an unmilitary part of the tasks of crisis management in the Ministry of National Defence, and the Commander of the WOT performs the duties of Head of the MON Emergency Management Centre. The Head of the CZC MON shall be liable for *‘planning, coordinating and carrying out tasks related to the participation of the armed forces' branches and sub-divisions in the fight against natural disasters and their consequences, actions in the field of property protection, search actions and rescue or protection of wellness and human life, and participation in the implementation of crisis management tasks’*.
