According to the channel's reports, in the recording, “Biełozierow gives the order of the Deputy Chief of the Central Directorate for Road Traffic Management for operating work by Sergei Krokchin to reduce the working fleet to 1.1 million wagons.” The simplification is intended to cover more than 100,000 wagons at the company's disposal.
