The voivode refused to give approval to march. Bąkiewicz announces it anyway

The Mazowieckie Voivodeship refused to accept the cyclical March of the Warsaw Uprising - Robert Bąkiewicz, representing Rota March of Independence, reported on Friday. He besides announced that the march would take place on 1 August anyway.
