Water more valuable than oil, more dangerous than weapons

China, controlling the flow of water, can affect neighbouring Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam. In the event of a conflict, they can usage water as a weapon and more effective than oil and gas that Russia wanted to usage towards Europe. Oil and gas can be imported from another suppliers – no water. At the same time, water released from respective reservoirs has destructive strength.
