The advanced Chamber, there is simply a catalogue of penalties that different state authorities can impose on behaviour that this state authority will not like. The Sejm imposed a punishment on Grzegorz Braun in the form of deprivation of part of his salary. The national prosecutor may request the waiver of immunity. The courts will be able to regulation on this.
It is not on the list of penalties which are and can be applied, however, is not criminally excluded from the committees of the Sejm.

— Confederation (@CONFEDERATION_) December 20, 2023– The same logic is applied here as utilized in the elections of the Sejm Bureau, where the fresh majority of the parliament grants itself the right to dictate to the individual clubs who are on their side, from their representation to sit in the individual committees, to sit in the Bureau.
"We, colleagues from the PiS, on Vice Marshal Witek, although we truly have quite a few objections to your Marshal Witek from erstwhile she was a marshal, voted in favour of the election of Deputy Marshal Witek to the Bureau. And I propose that if you want to be consistent, you should do precisely the same in the vote on Mr Braun right now.
– And the esteemed coalition combined with access to fresh power, what you do – criminal exclusion from the parliamentary commissions, preventing the execution of the parliamentary mandate – these are the recently written standards in the regulation of the Sejm.
The motion for removal has been voted on @GrzegorzBraun_ from the parliament committee.
