[In May 2023, the Italian media speculated about the silent transportation of fire-support wheels to Ukrainians, including tank destroyers B1 Centauro](https://defence24.pl/war-on-ukrainie-report-special-defence24/czolgi-on-kolach-jad-on-ukraine). This was to be confirmed by video footage showing the rail transport of a number of these vehicles. It was then reported that they would come at least partially from the military equipment depot in Lenta, Italy. There were respective decades ago tens of specified carts, but most of them most likely became part of a contract with Jordan, which bought a full of 141 B1 Centauri units from Italy. There are inactive 259 vehicles in the state of Rome that are gradually replaced by an improved version of Centauri II.
