Italy resigns from Boeing for Airbus

Italy finalises the acquisition of six multi-tasking airbus A330 MRTTs under a 1.4 billion-euro contract (about $1.6 billion). Thus, the decision marks the end of the 15-year dependence of the Italian Air Force on the American Boeing machines.
