Some time ago, the government passed a bill amendment that changes the rights of the buyer of the premises, and yesterday it was signed by the President. In this way, thousands of people who choose to buy real property in the developing state can number on additional protection, which in any cases can be highly important. This is at the same time a serious problem for many developers, whose desire for profit has obscured the issues of the quality and safety of sold apartments.
