I submitted to the talker of the Sejm Simon Holownia the request of the president of the Sejm Committee on Pegasus to give the Sejm approval to detain and force Zbigniew Ziobro to meet this committee - said Minister of Justice and lawyer General Adam Bodnar on Friday.

Parliamentary committee on Pegasus asked Bodnar to give the Sejm's consent to the detention and to force Ziobra to attend its meeting, in order to transfer it to Marshal Holownia. The committee's proposal was assessed by Investigation squad 3 of the National Prosecutor's Office for Pegasus to find whether it contains all the required elements.

"The analysis shows that Parliamentary Investigative Commission has utilized all the measures provided for in the criminal procedure to enable the proceeding Ziobro Bitter as a witness.
