"Why it was only at the end of the regulation of the Law and Justice that the Union yet granted us an advance of over PLN 21 billion.
– In 2021 we presented the first variant of the KPO. due to the fact that we did not meet the shore conditions, the program was not launched. In 2023 we did a alleged revision, which consisted primarily of adding a fresh component of the alleged G REPowerEU (which mainly concerns clean energy and improving energy efficiency). At the time, we had the right to apply for an advance on this part of the program (the advance on the full program was lost due to a failure to meet deadlines).
– Has that money been spent yet?
– They are to be spent on independency from Russian fossil fuels. We don't know what's happening to them yet.
– A fewer days ago, within the framework of the CPO, the Union gave us PLN 27 billion. What are we going to usage these resources for?
– This is to a large degree the reimbursement of funds incurred – mainly by the Polish improvement Fund, since the beginning of the KPO. It was money spent in erstwhile years on programmes specified as Clean Air, tiny Plus, land usage reform, transmission networks, zero-emission transport, energy storage, construction and modernisation of distribution networks in agrarian areas.
